National Adolescent Perpetration NetworkThe NAPN is a cooperative network of multidisciplinary professionals working with sexually abusive youth in the US and abroad . Founded by Gail Ryan in 1983, the primary goal is to facilitate services for adolescents who are at risk of becoming the next generation of sexual offenders . Membership has grown to more than 1,000 members and represents over 800 adolescent and 300 preadolescent treatment programs. The Network is a diverse group of professionals and paraprofessionals from many disciplines and a spectrum of systems that work together to help prevent future perpetration. The Network has:
